At Ruvio, we are committed to delivering your order quickly and reliably. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Delivery Destination

We currently ship exclusively to the United Kingdom. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping Cost

We offer free shipping on all orders to the United Kingdom. No minimum order value is required.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of receipt. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Estimated Delivery Times

The following is the estimated delivery time for UK orders after dispatch:

  • United Kingdom: 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control. Items are dispatched from our warehouse in China.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You will receive further email updates as your package moves through the delivery network.

If you have not received a tracking number within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team at info@ruvio.com.

Tracking Updates

All tracking information is provided directly by our courier partner. Our team has access to the same information available to you. If your order appears to be significantly delayed, please reach out to us and we will do our best to assist you.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your order has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours and any safe locations around your property. If the package cannot be located, contact your local postal service or courier.

We are unable to guarantee a full refund or replacement for packages that are lost after delivery confirmation or reported stolen. Please contact us at info@ruvio.com and we will do our best to assist you on a case-by-case basis.

Customs & Import Charges

As items are dispatched from China, they may be subject to UK customs duties or import VAT. Any such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Ruvio does not cover customs charges.
